Context
Spooky Cute is one of my favorite aesthetics. I really love the combination of a cartoon look mixed with dark scenes and colors. Taking part in art challenges made a big impact on my style, mostly showing which colors and textures are being used the most. These illustrations were not created with any specific use in mind, but are very versatile and can be used in many ways!
Inspiration
I take inspiration from everything and anywhere. So it’s my surroundings, movies and shows I watch, games I play, books I read, people I meet, pictures I see online and in real life. I very rarely have problems with finding an inspiration, it’s rather the opposite and I’m drowning in endless ideas
Process
Usually when I start sketching I already know what vibe and colors I wanna go to. I sometimes pick a specific color palette, or use one of my own palettes to make my pictures cohesive. I always use color palettes when working for clients.
I sometimes work outside of my house, even tho I love drawing on my couch.
